PRICING

Flat-Fee. No Percentage of AUM. Investment Management Included.

Most clients begin with a $5,000 One-Time Plan — a 3-5 month engagement that builds the full plan. From there, they choose one of two ongoing retainer tiers or part ways with the deliverables in hand.

Most advisors charge 1% of assets under management. On a $2.5M portfolio, that's $25,000 a year — and it grows as your money grows. Singh PWM doesn't. Every fee is flat. Every retainer is billed quarterly.

STEP 1 — HOW MOST CLIENTS BEGIN

The One-Time Plan.

Almost every relationship starts here. A 3-5 month engagement that builds your full retirement, tax, and investment plan from the ground up. After it's delivered, you decide whether to continue on a retainer — or part ways with the deliverables in hand.

One-Time Plan

A defined-scope engagement to build your full retirement strategy.

Best for

Households who want a comprehensive plan but aren't sure about an ongoing relationship yet.

$5,000

flat fee · 3-5 month engagement

  • Initial deep-dive discovery session
  • Customized financial snapshot of your full picture
  • 6-10 working sessions covering cash flow, investments, retirement, tax, Roth conversions, and insurance
  • Written report and recommendations after each major topic
  • Implementation guidance you can execute yourself
  • Optional credit toward a retainer if you transition to ongoing service
★★★★★
“I engaged Raman for a one-time retirement and tax planning project. The end result wasn't what I initially expected — but it was realistic and, more importantly, workable. I came away with a clear understanding of what I need to do to retire, in what order, and what the constraints are. If you want a clear, practical plan based on real numbers — even if it's not the answer you expected — I would recommend his work.”

STEP 2 — ONGOING RETAINER OPTIONS

Two ways to keep working together after your one-time plan.

The Planning tier is reserved for clients who have already completed the One-Time Plan — that's when we both have enough context for ongoing work to be priced this way. The full Personalized CFO retainer is the only direct-entry retainer if you'd rather skip the one-time engagement.

FULL TRANSPARENCY

What might cost extra — and why.

Tax filing for households with rental real estate, business entities, or multi-state complexity takes meaningfully more time. Rather than bake an average cost into every client's fee, we price those situations transparently so most clients pay less.

Real estate depreciation schedules

Form 4562, cost segregation, and rental property depreciation tracking. Quoted per property based on complexity.

Business tax returns (1120-S, 1065, 1120)

S corp, partnership, or C corp returns. Quoted per entity based on revenue and complexity.

Multi-state filings

Additional state returns beyond your state of residence. Quoted per state.

What's never extra

Roth conversion modeling, Social Security analysis, retirement income planning, beneficiary review, investment oversight, and quarterly meetings — all included in your flat fee.
